Under the Employment Act, it is now illegal for an agency to charge an upfront fee for introducing somebody to paid or unpaid employment.

Auditions UK is not an agency. We simply provide auditions already in the public domain in exactly the same way as many other publication do.  We operate in much the same way by providing auditions to the public using the same business model and principles as other publications. Whereas other publications take payments by credit card, Auditions UK take a payment through a premium rate phone call. We take no personal details from callers and keep no record of callers. We have no idea if callers are successful at auditions or not. We pride ourselves in providing a professional service for the UK public.
