You can only view the auditions if you are a paying member of SpringBoard Online. If the login area does not accept your username and password, then your membership has probably expired due to non payment. This can happen if your debit / credit card has expired or you have insufficient funds in your account. if this is the case then you will need to rejoin here

If you are a paying member but still cannot log in, then go to the login area and type in 'twister' as username and 'access' as password. You will then be asked for the email address you used when you first made payment. If your subscription payments are up to date then you will be issued with a new login details
