Please note: Once your membership is cancelled, your details will no longer be accessible to any casting directors or TV studios that you have applied to or any opportunities you have registered for such as Harry Potter, Eastenders etc.

How to cancel your membership

When you first subscribed, you would have received 2 emails from WorldPay (shopper@ukworldpay.com)

If you cannot find the 2 WorldPay emails, please check your 'trash' or 'bulk' folders as they may have been blocked by your anti-spam filters

One of the emails is headed 'WorldPay CARD FuturePay Confirmation

Open up the email and you will see a username and password which is different from your SpringBoard UK ones.

Go to http://support.worldpay.com/shopper enter your WorldPay username and password and click 'cancel'

If you cannot find or have deleted your WorldPay emails, then you will need to ask your bank to stop the payments. The payments from your bank will be from WORLDPAY or BRITSTARS and not SpringBoard UK
